Experience

Sarah has over 20 years experience in behavioural profiling, coaching, training, marketing and leadership. She has worked in industries including hospitality, retail and financial services both in Australia and London crossing the corporate, government and not for profit sectors.

Sarah now works with business owners all over Australia and knows that success is being clear on your mission, vision, values and direction and becoming your own leader.

Since starting her own Coaching and Training company, Sarah has worked with businesses from all industries ranging from hospitality, tourism, education, business to business construction, logistics, financial services, retail and allied health.

Sarah is consistently discovering unique challenges to each industry however no matter the challenge, it always comes back to the person and that’s where Sarah stands aside from others. Sarah works with the business owner, unlocking their beliefs, fears, dreams and steering them in the direction that will bring them the results they are looking for.

Sarah will never guarantee the business results as that is entirely up to the business owner’s commitment, drive and what action and responsibility they take. However Sarah will continue to push and challenge and stretch the business owner’s thinking to become solution orientated and open to new possibilities.

Known for her direct style, Sarah takes that approach to her keynote speaking and workshop facilitation. Comfortable in front of room, Sarah challenges her audience to think differently and stretches them to step outside their comfort zone. Through story telling and metaphors, her audience leaves the room with new insights, knowledge and practical tools to implement in business and life immediately.

In addition, Sarah saw a gap for women in business in her local area so created Bellarine Business Women in 2011. Networking, events, business development, ongoing support and promotional activities are combined in a membership program for women who own a business on the Bellarine.

Her work in this field led her to winning Australian Centre for Leadership for Women’s 2013 Leadership Silver Award: ‘Sustaining Women’s Empowerment in Communities and Organisations’. In 2014 Bellarine Business Women was a finalist in three categories in the Geelong Business Excellence Awards.

Sarah has also served as a Board Member and Vice Chairman on the Bellarine Tourism Board and was a committee member for the Ocean Grove Business Association.

Sarah is an Accredited Trainer and Consultant of Extended DISC Behavioural Profiling, a Master Practitioner of NLP, has studied Business Management and Psychology at Monash University and has an Associate Diploma in Business (Public Relations).
