LEADERSHIP CAPABILITY FRAMEWORK

Working closely with you, we design and create a Leadership Capability Framework that is specifically developed to reflect your business. So many businesses have off the shelf Frameworks that are nothing more than a corporate jargon document that has no meaning. We research your business by conducting 1:1 interviews, focus groups, team sessions and understand the strategic direction to get to the heart of the business. This gives us the data to write a Leadership Capability Framework that aligns to what great leadership looks like, what to build on and what leadership capabilities are needed to take the business into the desired future. We can also write and produce supporting documents such as interview questions, communication guide, 360 feedback questionnaire and provide supporting resources for the capabilities.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Leaning on an existing Leadership Capability Framework or one we have developed for you; we design and deliver Leadership Development Programs that specifically focus on the capabilities that your leaders need from executive to emerging. The programs can include group facilitated workshops, interactive and experiential activities, individual or group coaching, behavioural profiling and 360 Feedback, and can be delivered online or face to face. Workbooks can be created for the leaders, and we provide additional resources and recommended reading.

FACILITATION

Sarah will guide your leadership team through strategic and planning sessions to ensure you get the best outcomes and stay on topic. We can also arrange the offsite logistics for you and include team building activities.

COACHING AND PROFILING

Sarah has coached executives, seniors, frontline supervisors and emerging leaders. Her area of expertise is developing leadership skills in leaders who are in transition from focusing on their technical capability to a greater need for building their people capability. Profiling tools, such as Extended DISC and Thought Code, can be used to help the leader identify key areas of development. The sessions are highly confidential and built on a strong foundation of trust and openness.
